Awesome inventory of cars with some of the rarest examples in Australia & the world. This can be enjoyed from a far as it becomes a novelty when you don’t enjoy what you do.
Cons
Uncompetitive salary structures with the automotive industry across all departments with exception to the workshop and BM roles. Makes it incredibly difficult to recruit talent unless you sell them the dream of working at Dutton Garage (there’s no perks of working there, you’re better off just visiting as a non-employee). Unstructured organisation that urgently needs proper consolidation. Each site runs its own business and does things it’s own way.
