Pros

No pros unfortunately..... This company sucks, at the time of interview they gives you an allurement of shares but there is no such scheme exist and maximum they can do is they will give you a paper on which you will see a message " xyz shares allocated to you" with no company seal and nothing. sad truth is everyone who joins the company starts searching for new job from next day of his work. worst work culture, the management believes in shouting and humiliating employees, giving them less pay and putting them always in fear of firing from their job.

Cons

experience less and psycho kind management who always pressurize employees without a reason no leaves and no fix work timings (only IN timing is fixed) Hire and Fire rule exist without any prior notice or without any reason multiple tasks given in short time and a boss keeps asking you status after every 5-10 minutes, he even irritates you in midnight and keeps you messaging forcefully on chatting application(skype) infrastructure is really bad and not having basic facility to employees. no training or induction mechanism for freshers, sometime employee doubts that is this a IT company or career spoiler company. if you can't dance on their commands then they will find a reason and then they will fire you suddenly from a job. very bad politics culture exist here. everyone on the floor is trying to leave this company, please don't join and ruin your career.

Pros

Work-life balance is highly skewed. Leaving office on time is usually looked upon as a lack of commitment, instead of unprofessional. Salary Hike is practically negligible. you will be offered a raise in stock options instead, which are actually fake. No employee policies at all, for anything. Sometimes, no water in the toilets too. you need to be willing to work on public holidays and sometimes even on sundays, no tea on that day too and still, your work wont be appreciated, you can be denied a comp off. work goals not so clear, can change as per the priority, then you have to leave your work halfway, do the priority task first. and as soon as you finish the priority task, you will be shouted upon, why you didnt complete your earlier task first. you cant have a career security here, because anyone is fired when no longer needed, giving very silly reasons. (the top level management will mentally harass you so much, that you will feel the need to resign, when they are done with you. They will make you work like animals and point out every smallest mistake of yours so that you feel guilty during your notice period)

Cons

very rude management. hardly 1.5 days leave a month and that too isn't given to you at time of need (practically useless). cant look to be here on a long term. if employees are treated better, they will work more than they should, on thier own, but not by the way you currently make them do, by installing cameras at nearly every corner of a team's working area .

Pros

Near to the Grant Road Railway station

Cons

No Working hours is fixed. Treating employee like animals. No leaves even Saturday is working day some we need to come on Sunday also no comp off policy. As a benefits they are offering company shares which is totally fake. No Appraisal and increment. We need to work 12-14 hours daily. The company is in great loss and keep holding the salary of employee.
