I've worked at a few different med device companies in Socal. Dynaflex has one of the best working atmospheres I have ever been a part of. They know how to hire the right people and the people mesh together easily and well. They understand innovation and are great at identifying upcoming medical technology to help them continue to grow on a positive direction every year.

Cons

The bonus structure can be a little confusing. Salary can be low if you are an "under-performer." But if you are able to prove yourself, the overall compensation is quite decent.

Pros

Dynaflex is a well-organized company with solid people, making it a reliable partner for any project. All the "good" people working there are super happy. However, the "lazy" one would have a hard time surviving

Cons

Management can be quite demanding at times, as they are extremely customer-centric, always pushing us to deliver the best

I regret working here for six months

Cons

You better find job elsewhere rather than doing assembly or easy job here. No room to grow. Early morning work 5am-1pm is a drawback. Poor management.
