Pros
Depending on your project, you get paid to do nothing! If you are looking for a good holiday party this place is for you. Do not expect anything outside of that one day a year though.
Cons
This is a horrible place to work. They do not care about the individual employee at all. They only care about keeping the client "happy" even if that means lying to the government. The executive team has no insight to projects being conducted outside the Tysons office which makes it hard for their clients to understand what they are actually paying for. Countless times I was asked by my client what my boss did and I could not answer them. They hire incompetent employees based on who they know not what work they provide leading to a ton of dead weight on each project. Do not go to HR to file a claim if that employee was internally referred. They do not take it seriously, follow up, or seek any action to remedy poor work environments. Countless times there were multiple HR violations reported on by multiple employees and nothing was ever done. No room for career growth at this company.
