Pros

Sweet WeWork digs. (gotta have that cold brew) CEO is down to earth and views his employees as more than just a resource. Smaller company vibe comes with having less "look busy work and useless meetings". Work here if you want to be mentally stimulated and challenged. The CEO is technology relevant and like's to talk and discuss the latest framework/tools. Like the standup desks, flex hours and jeans every day! Allows people to work how they want and not micromanage. Has multiple company events a year and even weekly yoga sessions at the Tysons location if that's your thing. 401k has 0.25% admin fee with some Vanguard small cap and StateStreet funds. Healthcare is covered if it's just you under the plan.

Cons

Managment tries their best to make people happy but I think they can only control so much and sometimes it comes down to the client and/or immediate coworkers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you found the team, benefits, and culture positive during your time with us. We understand that aspects of government contracting, including contract transitions and client approval processes, can feel unfamiliar or uncertain. In many cases, interviews or revalidation steps are driven by client requirements during new awards or contract changes. While this is a standard part of the GovCon environment, we recognize that it can feel disruptive. We are continually working to provide as much transparency and stability as possible during contract transitions and appreciate the feedback. We wish you the best in your continued career.
