Transparent % of book comp (was told by headhunters they couldn't compete) Flat hierarchy Entrepreneurial leadership that is open to trying new markets/ventures Work along side other profitable traders to bounce ideas Many employee and family events throughout the year Company trips Private chef Amazing facilities (pool, gym, golf sim, race sim)

Expectation to perform. There is no coasting here; you are expected to perform and if you aren't putting the work in, you'll probably end up writing some of these bad reviews on here after you've been fired.
