Pros

Dynon truly values the input and contribution of the individual as well as project teams. Engineering management goes out of their way to make sure that every voice is heard and that hard work is rewarded. Dynon values work/life balance, and doesn't saddle employees with unrealistic expectations. If you love aviation, this place is for you. Most of the engineers and marketing staff are pilots or are currently pursuing their license. Dynon encourages all of its engineers to actively fly (they believe it helps to build better products) and they even have programs for getting a pilot's license or pursuing an advanced degree. The company promotes a positive, friendly, open, and honest work environment, so disrespectful, lazy, or unethical workers won't last here for long. Dynon is very loyal to its employees -- many started in the college internship program and have been with the company for many years. Dynon is a stable company and has a well-established and loyal customer base and places high value on customer feedback about its products and services.

Cons

Dynon is a smaller company, so there aren't many opportunities to climb the corporate ladder. Dynon doesn't have dedicated staffing for every business or technical role, so you should expect to do some things that don't fit your job description. The product line depends on keeping costs extremely low, so expect to get creative in order to get the resources you need to get the job done.

Pros

Exciting product line if you love aviation. There is always something new and interesting to work on. Great benefits, including flight training, health insurance, and retirement.

Cons

The expectations are very high, and the pace is fast.
