Do not join, desperate company. Please do take your time to read my cons, it will help you in your decisions
Pros
Good bonus and salary but at what cost?
Cons
Working at E-Bridge Preschool has been one of the most exhausting experiences, both physically and mentally. The workload is overwhelming, especially when the management makes use of staff with little to no support or assistance. It feels like they are just using you for their gain without considering your well-being. I've witnessed colleagues being scolded harshly by the Principal in front of others, which creates a toxic work environment. Unfortunately, the management does nothing to support teachers who are struggling. They pile on heavy responsibilities without offering proper guidance or help when needed. Salary payments are often delayed, which adds to the stress. Yes, the salary and bonuses may seem attractive, but they are not worth jeopardizing your health, energy, and peace of mind for a company that doesn’t care about its employees. After 4 years of working here, I’ve realized that all my efforts and hard work for this company have gone completely down the drain. There is no appreciation or acknowledgment. There’s a reason why this company consistently has more cons than pros. Every month, they are desperately searching for teachers because they can’t retain their staff, which should tell you everything you need to know about the work environment. If you are ever pregnant while working here, my advice is to quit. The stress is unbearable, and I know of cases where colleagues have had miscarriages due to the pressure and lack of support. What’s worse, the company doesn’t care. They offer no compensation, and even if you raise the issue with MOM, this company somehow gets away with it. There are reasons why people choose to leave this place, and after working here, I completely understand why. I always thought my Principal was tough, but after speaking to colleagues from other centers, I realized that the lack of heart and compassion in this company extends beyond just one center. The staff welfare is severely lacking. My advice? Do not join this company. Your effort and soul are worth much more than what this place can offer. Look elsewhere, where you will be valued and treated with the respect you deserve.
