Easy access to higher management, who are very open and friendly with you. If something cant happen, theres always a valid reason. Everyone seems like theyre friends in this company, fantastic values and work environment. We are trusted, and upper management are far from overbearing. On a personal level, they have done a lot for me. When I first started working here, I was not very well. My store manager was phenomenal with me, and helped me through every down I had. Becoming one of my best friends. I messed up a lot, I would have fired me in the first year due to my condition at the time. Even through that they were patient with me and have moulded me in a healthier better person. I hope now I am thought of as one of the most trusted sales assistants for E Cigarette Direct. Also, only a few months into my job a dream opportunity came up, which meant 3 weeks away from the store. They saw how much it meant to me, and let me have it. I am forever in their debt for letting me do that thing, I don't think any other company would have allowed it. If viable, hours are extremely flexible, if they can work it into the rota somehow, its sorted. Everyone works together in stores to work out which hours of work are best for them.
