No employee benefits Treating employees as slaves Fake commitments in the interview No timings, office timing is 9AM-6.15PM, but they'll extend it to 9 PM daily Lunch break 1.30PM-2.15PM, no other breaks. So totally work will be 12+ hrs a day Night shift 8.30PM-5AM, but they will ask us to come at 2 PM most of the time and leave us at 5 AM only. 1st and 3rd Saturdays only leave 1 leave and 1-hour permission for a month, that too we should beg and get signature from Manager Worst People Management Worst CEO and Manager They will give a motivation like we have to clean the restroom also if we are sincere in our work. Most of the employees are BE's and BTech and giving this type of motivations No Job hierarchy(Research Associate, Process Lead that's all. No Team Leaders, Project Managers, etc), they will say everyone is equal but they will treat us without respect No incentives, no comp-off, they don't even know about R&R and one-one meetings Micromanagement, they will take a screenshot from cameras and scold us. Mobile phones not allowed, if we receive any emergency calls in office landline also they will scold us to avoid it
