      Pros

      Managers are supportive and kind to offer help. Easy to work together and not micromanage. Use to have competitive annual increment. Expending with more opputunities.

      Cons

      Joined a global group recently where a lot of moving changes take place. Everything reports to group which loses the flexibility as a local SME. Increment had decrease dramatically.

      The benefits set by previous management is already bad. Now the new management came in, it get worse.
