Cons
- Ultra micro management. - Perfect boss that will basically comment on everything you do. - Expects a PM sits in office all time if there's no site meeting. - Vague instruction from boss. He is unable to fully express what is on his mind, do ask more question to get the full picture. Otherwise, you are required to bear full responsibilities of what he thought. - The reality is nothing like what he mentioned during interview. - Badmouthing employees; current & former employees. - Ancient mindset/way of works - physical invoice & physical cheque. - Mismatch of scales - awarding small contract sum but with unnecessary demanding and commanding attitudes. If there isn't enough red flags, the HR is actually second-in-command of the company because, maybe, she serves him good?
