      - Salaries are good (For insource) - Outsource salaries are not bad - A lot of free time for self learning

      Cons

      - Toxic environment - Almost everyone there is doing nothing. - People are talking always behind each other backs. - You will get no experience at all - Hiring, raises, promotions, flexible hours, salaries, even moving through different departments is based on favoritism, friendship & relatives. - A lot of the employees are gossiping to there managers about the daily routine with there teammates.
