1. Way too many concentrations, none of them being handled properly: baby products, diaper business, other IT businesses, shipping & manufacturing, in short: quantity over quality 2. Overambitious company vision, i.e. be a billion-dollar worth company within 1 year (on 2019-2020) 3. Lack of planning & management comparing to vision 4. Immediate layoff & termination of both contractual and permanent employees without any prior notice even after long service period 5. No official documentation (no offer letters, no appointment confirmation/company mail, no company salary account & due salary distribution on date) 6. No benefits, health/medical/emergency leave 7. No lunch, trip, prayer room or basic utility facilities
