      Pros

      Big nights are profitable great for networking

      Cons

      long hours, no breaks, tip pooling. Have to turn in tips, you dont know what happens with the money. Owners take the biggest cut, then managers, then leads, then senior employees. Youre left with crumbs.

      If you enjoy being disrespected and treated like a child than this is the employer for you. Absolutely No Pros.

      Cons

      Managers show major favoritism. You have to drink and do drugs with the managers in order to be promoted or be on their good side. Even if you're a great employee they will punish you for the same things they overlooked or forgave other employees for. Managers pass judgement on employees based on looks and flirtation instead of job performance and skill. They treat their employees and I quote from the general manager Miguel "Like 3rd graders". Absolutely no respect.
