Lack respect & show favoritism unless you flirt and do drugs with managers - Anonymous employee E11EVEN Employee Review

Managers show major favoritism. You have to drink and do drugs with the managers in order to be promoted or be on their good side. Even if you're a great employee they will punish you for the same things they overlooked or forgave other employees for. Managers pass judgement on employees based on looks and flirtation instead of job performance and skill. They treat their employees and I quote from the general manager Miguel "Like 3rd graders". Absolutely no respect.
