Solid salary, plenty of travel(domestic and international) depending on client, Management team that has plenty of years of experience in pharma Industry. Excellent opportunity if ideal professional direction is toward event management.
Cons
Lack of diversity(overwhelmingly, white women and very few men and individuals of color). Across the company majority of the work is rote and clerical for this role in particular and this is a concern due to there being a lack of potential career development/transferable skills. In this role, you will be a hired hand completing rote processes. Only 3 EAP sessions.
