Business outlook
Pros
Small company, extremely responsive, great benefits. It is abundantly apparent that this company cares deeply for all it's employees. Love working for them, as do even the multi decade company veterans I work with.
Cons
PTO and sick hours accumulate a little slowly, but honestly it is still reasonable.
