Pros

Visionary ambitions on improving food systems

Cons

Not any "real" work, mostly networking and PR, like ask yourself "what do EAT actually do?" Toxic work environment with extremely high turnover Leadership and Founder highly incompetent in driving organizational development Founder toxic bully, using her power to silence everyone. Everyone knows who is really in charge No transparency in hiring processes, in decision making, and extremely top-down MeToo-episodes, low level of psychological safety, and sexual approach used to acquire advisors If you ask questions, you are silenced, bullied to silence and part of out-group This has happened since the inception in 2013

Pros

- A great and diverse team, motivated by the organization's mission and always willing to give a little extra. - The work environment is quite flexible and modern, meaning there is great potential to do good work without the constraints of your average NGO.

Cons

- Poor leadership team (particularly those at the highest level) that cannot strategize and articulate effectively what is the value add of this organization in an already crowded sector, creating major systemic issues internally. - Very disorganized, leading to rushed work and heavy deadlines that impact work-life balance.

Pros

Nice office, good reputation onthe outside

Cons

Chaotic culture with senior management and executive leadership too busy to self promote at high-level events at the expense of the company and their teams. Executive leaders completely blind and deaf to the mismanagement done by the directors, even through multiple rounds of feedback by different team members. Sounds like a policy focused organisation from the outside, but a PR company from the inside, just creating online buzz, photo ops, and one expensive annual event with little to no outcome.
