Rush hours are really busy. Chef in the kitchen is hard to work with.

Absolutely terrible company to work for. Was expected to work 5 hours straight without a break. I was then let go without without no warning. You guys really need to be more considerate and compassionate with your staff and try to get to know them. I was accused of not liking my job without being questioned and sacked because of it. When I fact I liked my job. I travelled miles backwards and forwards as well as sorting child care for my son. It was a struggle but I made it. And whilst doing all this I was battling depression. Management never thought to ask me directly if I am ok. Rather make assumptions. As a company you should value your employees and take their personal circumstances into consideration.
