Pros
There is Lot of room to learn new skills and diversify , the people and management are super friendly and tolerant, and the emphasis is more on performance than time spent at work.
Cons
The pay does not reflect the amount of work and tasks performed, and it feels that feedback from employees are not taken in consideration until 'it's too late'. Because there has not been a raise nor adequate number of employees, current employees are overworked, undervalued and work satisfaction is at an all time low.
