Pros
- In my area, there is a lot of respect for a good work-life balance - There are many benefits, most of which are superfluous, but still worthwhile (gym, yoga, massage, bi-weekly workshops, availability of investment in education is reasonable, office is very pleasant) - By Lisbon standards, salaries are above average
Cons
- There are opportunities for growth and internal mobility, but the processes are slow and not always meritocratic - There seems to be an imbalance of effort, as in most companies, there are people who have a lot of things to do and little availability, while others are the opposite
