- If you like probable malpractice then go ahead - The owner is the name on every document so your license is never in danger. - Two weeks off in December
Cons
- Where to begin, lack of ethics? Pay being deduced for breathing or the fact that he refuses to hire competent staff? - No direct deposit - No training - Toxic work environment - Paralegals have more respect than the attorneys. Attorneys are seen as dispensable. - No pay for federal holidays
