Pros
I have very little to say in terms of positives. If you like to be left alone with no feedback, no marketing assistance or technical backup then this could be a good place as it takes 3-5 weeks to get an email or call from any boss.
Cons
Poor organisation, poor internal communication, rude management, poor staff retention, unable to process orders without errors. poor sales structure. Portuguese management team do not like negative feedback or to hear they have done anything wrong and are extremely condescending.
