No fix date of salary, bonus not given at once partly bonus, bad management, worse company ever seen, poor work culture, after office time work everyday. Never sign bond with as leaving rate is high they used to sign bonds never do with them.

Cons are unlimited but will share the major concerns 1. CEO & Managers of the company will surely make you feel that you are the labour class category. 2. Working their is like you are a bonded labour & most importantly forget that you have a personal life too. 3. You come to office on time but will leave the office as per their given time. Their is no such HR policies & they never try to implement any. 4. Salary is never paid on time & in the appointment letter the break up is given in such a way that make you happy but once you receive the salary the story is completely different. The PI is never paid on time & they will make sure that your performance is not upto the mark so you forget the Performance Incentive. 5. Working their is equal to have enough tension in your life which is enough to spoil your personal life. Forget that you have a life of your own. 6. Attrition level is more than 100 %. No one is happy working here due to lack of motivation.
