CEO has incredibly poor business and communication skills. In the 18 months I was there, the company never had more than 30 employees. I watched 21 people leave the company in that time. 7 of them were fired by the CEO for various reasons including, "the direct reports do no like this manager", "Insubordination", "Just not working out". The CEO questions the value of the people he has hired within months of hiring them. I attribute this mostly to the fact that he is absolutely awful with money and often time has a tough time making payroll and paying subcontractors. I know for a fact that this guy has pulled at least 2 people away from decent paying positions only to turn around and fire them in less than a year. My advice: stay away from this place. There is no way this will ever be a successful company, and it is just a matter of time before it goes under.
