They are good for nothing

very small salary packages, political environment, there are bunch of idiots in managerial positions, not worth it, in top positions there are uneducated peoples ruling the company, lesser benefit, being a health insurance company they are even not provide complete health insurance in top hospital, room limits are starting from 5000, 6000,6500 etc. even aga khan is not admitting their patient on this card.

EFU Management is very efficient in accepting your resignation, they don't have employee retention culture.

very pathetic procedure for settlement of dues and experience letters, they take 2 months for settlement (even after deduction of salary)
