very small salary packages, political environment, there are bunch of idiots in managerial positions, not worth it, in top positions there are uneducated peoples ruling the company, lesser benefit, being a health insurance company they are even not provide complete health insurance in top hospital, room limits are starting from 5000, 6000,6500 etc. even aga khan is not admitting their patient on this card.
