      Pros

      Exposure for an amateur is good here. Ability to learn and cope with inside politics could be developed. Ideal for copy-paste developers and for lethargic PMs.

      Cons

      Too much politics Low salary No recognition And appreciation Less infrastructure facilities No extracurricular activities. No work life balance. No medical insurance whatsoever. Less benefits.
