The office politic and the bias treatment was horrible. Employees' personal feedback, story and complaint were being disclosed. This enable the higher up management to act according to their mood and liking. Such as screaming from across the room to some of the employees, forcing employees to create alternative designs in one day just because they were in a bad mood, yelling and throwing tantrum at employees and many more. The same thing was also done to the clients which resulted in termination of the project from clients. You either fulfil the higher up management's ego or your work would be difficult and possibly getting the unfair and bias treatment from the higher up management. Seeing this happening, I decided to leave and it seems until now the horror still continues. Avoid this place at all cost.

Some people have negative vibes, but if you don't care, it doesn't really matter
