      Pros

      fast-paced environment so can learn a lot. as a small/medium firm, you get to do a range of things, from concept design and technical drawing. If you speak Mandarin, you will fit in well here.

      Cons

      If you don't speak Mandarin, you will NOT fit well here. even though the founder/owner of the company speaks English quite well, not everyone speaks well. most people are socially awkward here, so find your crowd and stick with them.

      EID offers an excellent opportunity for younger professionals who are looking for an open, challenging and friendly office environment. Team members participate in all stages of projects and can learn a lot. The management is accessible and can assist in the professional development. Projects are interesting and there is a high expectancy for quality work. Strongly recommended.

      Cons

      It is not the place for everyone, not for those who are looking for an easy job and focus only on survival at work. EID requires high quality work ethics and professional attitude, so real passion to profession is important.
