- Interesting projects - Friendly project teams

- Delaying salary all the time - CEO + some top-level managers think that they know everything and very hard to convince them to do something meaningful. Further, they are NOT willing to execute ideas of professionals and stick into some unbefitting ideas. - At SL office its full of internal politics - No appreciation for employee work

Worst leadership ever. Treating employees like animals. Constant salary cuts. Always lying to employees. Never paid promissed bonuses. No employee development. Favorism and politics. No work-life balance. Always blaming the employees but leadership do not take any responsibility. Do not pay EPF / ETF for Sri Lankan office staff. Do not expose the Sri Lanka office to the clients.

Cons

No epf and etf on time. At the moment its almost 1 year i have left the company but still they didnt pay my epf and etf. No salaries on time and you will here different types of lies each time. If you write a bad review here, they will ask you to remove it. You can't even get a copy of salary slip within a day. The HR department is that much week.
