Very disorganised, poor communication, over-work. Low opportunity for promotion within organisation, but due to great partner connections the opportunities for career advancement are good through network.

Burning EU taxpayer money, political, bureaucratic and incompetent leadership, The higher you go, the worse it gets. Lack of purpose, inefficient processes, slow decisionmaking, lack of people management and leadership, unfair distribution of workload, lack of coherent strategy, dumb decisions from central office, no real performance review, low-quality work is also accepted, no consequences. This all leads to it being a bs job, meaningless, therefore demotivating.
