Some teams don't offer travelling to KSA even if you work for them for 10 years Zero learning a curve after you work for them for a while Payroll based on when you joined not your years of experience Nearly Impossible to change teams or projects after you join one Bad payroll system where you may find that newer generations get higher payroll than you being older by 2 years
