EKFB is, without a shadow of a doubt, the worst company in the construction industry. If you are interested in PROJECT CONTROLS then do NOT work for EKFB. They don't do proper project controls and everything has to be follow some rubbish systematic process of doing things, which is slow, cumbersome, tiresome, laborious and frank out BORING. The project controls senior management team seems to have their head stuck up their back side, thinking they are above else, they have to be the worst persons I've ever had the displeasure of working for. They say people don't leave companies they leave bad manners, DAMN RIGHT. terrible managerial skills and definitely has 0 traits and qualities of a leader. He also needs to work on his soft skills. Team also works in silos in each section and don't help or aid eachother. terrible.
