There is no company organization. No timeline for future or upcoming projects; everything has to be done "now" on the spot- due ASAP. Understaffed. Unsanitary working conditions (toilet never worked, they refused to call a plumber so we were forced to go elsewhere). Undocumented workers. Illegal operations in the warehouse as well as throughout the entire company. Lawsuits are consistent and covered up. Company sells cheap products at outrageous rates without proper safety testing and without full knowledge of what they're even purchasing from overseas sellers. Company is constantly replacing workers because everyone is treated as low as dirt- no employee is "good enough" and everyone must work FASTER for as little money as possible. Time and tasks are severely micromanaged. Employees stay quiet and don't talk about the sketchy questionable motives and activities of the owner. Overtime pay is never guaranteed even if it is verbally approved beforehand. Was told I wouldn't be paid for the time I worked. No benefits. Constant lies are fed to employees about pay increases, company benefits and other things that may sound appealing to stay longer.
