Toxic culture and lackluster leadership

Pros

- Great location - Hybrid model introduced but still working on the kinks on what this looks like for employees

Cons

- Salaries for most positions outside of Sales are barely livable wages for the Denver area and there are rarely opportunities to increase pay - Benefits package is sub-par especially regarding PTO, company seems to hide behind flashy aspects like there being a gym, having alcohol at work and dog Fridays that impact only a fraction of the employees, instead of investing in benefits that actually increase an employee's wellness and enrich their lives like mental health days, wellness stipends, increased vacation time, 401k matching, etc. - Company culture glamorizes overworking and taking on additional roles without additional compensation - Toxic personalities in leadership positions that care more about their own clout instead of supporting their employees - The company grew from a very small "family-oriented" business, but being hired doesn't give you access to that "family" group that they tout - the culture is quite cliquey - Senior leadership is out of touch with the reality that most employees are living in - Lack of diversity

Pros

“Team building” activities, very social, “beautiful” people, very youthful, trendy

Cons

Let’s just say they are very image conscious and vapid. Very “homogenous” sales and design staff. Most of the “diversity” was in labor and low level positions ie warehouse and installation. Employees had been asked to write an embarrassing “I have a dream…” essay which was obviously very offensive cultural appropriation. MLK would have been proud. Also they espouse a near cultish environment with their rewards for knowing their mantras. At one point, their were more people leaving than they could hire.

Pros

Can't beat the office location and you have a great space to show clients!

Cons

They make you feel like you are apart of a family... until you actually start working for them. Extremely disrespectful mangers who speak inappropriately to their team. You're better off somewhere else.. the turn over in the past 2 years has been insane. Don't look past the red flags
