      Can't beat the office location and you have a great space to show clients!

      Cons

      They make you feel like you are apart of a family... until you actually start working for them. Extremely disrespectful mangers who speak inappropriately to their team. You're better off somewhere else.. the turn over in the past 2 years has been insane. Don't look past the red flags

      - Talented, thoughtful co-workers who care about the work - Exposure to large-scale, high-visibility clients - Strong emphasis on execution and visual finish

      Cons

      - Lack of transparency around company stability, staffing, training, and long-term planning. - Sudden layoffs and shifting priorities created instability across teams. - The company and leadership were culturally tone-deaf at times, certain behaviors felt misaligned with values of empathy and respect.
