      Work here for free and training.

      Cons

      No salary on time. No timelimit, you may work for 16 hrs a day. No overtime payment. No HR policy, insurance, or any other benefits.

      Pros

      One can get good exposure and hands on experience of working on projects of India's top leading companies. Treatment to the employees is very good.

      Cons

      Since it is a small company, benefits given by bigger companies are not available.
