      > Communication is not the best > For an international company, a lot of communication and documentation is in Dutch > Compensation is not in line with the work and bellow market > Not very flexible for a young company

      Energetic environment. A lot of Friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      Managers are not supporting. Low transparency of what is going on inside the company. Resources are cut without explination. Racial discrimination at the workplace and People and Culture don't take it seriously when you bring it to their attention.
