Management doesn't care about the employees. They don't care about any health or safety issues that you have. They will not supply you with the proper tools or materials needed to do your job properly. Worker locker rooms and bathrooms are in extremely poor condition,I.E., toilets don't flush properly, sinks stay clogged up, they are always out of soap and paper towels, floor drains have waste comming from them on occasion AND all that management says is "weird". IT floods break rooms and employee offices when it rains a little bit more than normal, machines do not get proper maintenance, management would rather fill it back up with oil/hydraulic fluid and keep running no matter how much of it is leaking onto the ground. Ceiling tiles in the break rooms are covered in mold and mildew because the buildings leak every time it rains, so you must have a good immune system. I could add more, but I think you get the idea.
