J'ai eu l'occasion de pouvoir choisir le client chez lequel je souhaitai travailler, ce qui n'est pas donne dans toutes les SSII. J'ai choisi Alcatel-Lucent car le projet semblait tres interessant. Il s'est avere que l'equipe etait relativemente jeune et dynamique. J'ai appris enormement de choses et j'ai passe de tres bons moments. Le suivi de projet et de carriere avec le responsable d'affaire etait serieux.

Cons

En travaillant chez le client, on a un peu l'impression d'etre exclu d'Elsys et des activites qui se passent au siege. Dommage. Quelques maigres avantages (CE, ticket cadeau)
