      Pros

      Location, Dress Code, beautiful work environment.

      Cons

      Reorg is a nightmare. The company upgraded to a great new computer system and cannot seem to use it to its potential. Managers and supervisors call out errors on a monthly spreadsheet. Employees mark down errors their coworkers make and turn the errors into supervisors. Audit tracking. If you arent typing, be prepared tolet yoir supervisor know what you were doing between this time and this time. VERY micromanaged. Swarms are leaving.
