They treat people very very badly inhumanly and they are concerned with only their work. They emotionally black mail people. Salary of existing employee is a last priority and salary of people who leave is kept on hold for no reason. Settlements are not paid for so many years.

Very top heavy. Small but functional divisions are often reorganized or disbanded entirely, with little warning. Decade-long employees are cut for budgetary reasons; again, no warning is provided. Physical locations are called "profit centers" and are very much profit driven.
