      Highly job qualifications and low salaries offer for non-production position. However, their work life balance is good and yearly salaries increase for regular employee.

      The location of the company and the salary is good.

      Cons

      Some of the line leaders there is so annoying, they will hit you with something if they can, and talk to you in a very bad way. They will shout at you and cursed you. If they have mistakes, they will pass it to you. They don't listen. I have a very bad experience in this company.
