Good learning environment, given full scope of tasks and responsibilities, patient boss, small close-knit team of colleagues.
Cons
Low pay, little to no HR and office management/structure, informal OT as needed during busy periods is informally expected. Higher turnover.

Pros
-Good exposure to different projects and several opportunities to familiarize with authority codes and submissions. -Hands-on and will involve interaction with clients etc. -Flexible timings for lunch-time. -Self-sufficient learning environment.
Cons
-Lack of manpower, abundance of workload. -Lack of proper guidance. May not be friendly for fresh grads/unfamiliar peers. -Easily burnt out because of zombie-like working environment. -Constant pressure from pressing deadlines due to lack of proper management. -Salary below market rate.
