Flexible, remote work hours - your team mates are working from all different time zones Very flat structure, a lot of freedom, and ownership opportunities People are awesome, young, and collaborative No corporate BS Leadership is understanding with work hours/family/personal time Unlimited PTO - of course, you can't take 100 days off, but the company is very generous on this
Cons
The salary's/benefits are generally average/below average You might have to work later into the evening depending on clients and other team's time zones You will have to work longer hours depending on project/client needs - as with most agencies Since it's a very flat structure, might not be a good fit for someone starting out in their career - not a lot of hand holding
