not good raises, as a contractor, we work with other companies that impact our scheduling, ENG needs to fight more for the standards that was promised to us.

Was advertised as a 9 to 5 position. They neglect to tell you 9 to 5 in whatever time zone you are working in. Worked 10 to 12 hours daily usually. Managers do not protect their staff from being belittled or degraded.

Pros

The pay is great (salary) and the other staff are great to work with and very helpful. The job is pretty simple and a great pace for those coming from hectic industries. I'm finally happy with my job!
