Pros
Great coworkers; training. Company put on a lot of fun events with free prizes. They state they prefer to hire from within.
Cons
Dealing with customers who want to try to get out of paying their bill or think that you're overcharging their billing statements is tiring. You hear from a lot of difficult customers. I tried for other positions, but never received an offer. I was told they would keep an employee folder with anything I'd not done correctly/any check marks against me--this was never done and I had a harder time learning from mistakes except when I was reminded by an email (they CC supervisors/managers) or skype message.
