Pros
People oriented: frontline and middle mangers are trying hard to retain staff. Small salary rise in a declining (stagnant) industry. Great network of departments. Emphasis on patient safety and IT.
Cons
Not process oriented, needs efficiency improvement. Management needs managerial training. High workload ( to enhance profit/ROI) Executive managers are separated from real live environment. NO career growth.

Really good team with flexible management and interesting projects to work on.
Cons
It's a small company, so pay is not as high as you might find other places.
